Low Season: £600 per week : Mid Season £650 per week : High season £700 per week

Rates are in Pounds Sterling and subject to change without notice.

Policies

Check-In is at 3PM, Check-Out is at 11AM

There is a £300 Refundable Security Deposit

All properties are Non-Smoking Houses although smoking is permitted outside on CoveredPatio areas and gardens.

Deposits

A £300.00 security deposit is payable and this is refundable within 14-21 days after check out.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

Refunds

In the event of cancellation the following charges will be made:

With more than 30 days notice 50% will be refundable:

between 7 and 29 days notice 25% will be refundable:

with less than 7 days notice of a cancellation no refund will be given
