The two storey, 5 bedroom Villa is situated in Green Valley and is 1 mile from the 215 freeway which means it is 10 minutes from the world famous strip and McCarran International Airport.

The 5 Bedroom, single storey villa is situated in the north west of Las Vegas and is just one mile from the 95 freeway which will take you to the Las Vegas Strip and McCarran Airport in just 10-15 minutes.

Las Vegas itself is rightly famous for its gambling and Casino’s. The Casino’s try and outdo each other to attract visitors and on a trip through the strip you can be met with attractions ranging from an awesome musical fountain display to an erupting volcano. The City boasts hundreds of restaurants ranging from fast food outlets to haute cuisine with all types to suit all budgets in between.

Some of the most famous names in the entertainment world appear in Las Vegas and there are numerous shows to suit a wide variety of tastes.

If shopping is a priority then Las Vegas is your type of town with a range of shops from huge discount outlet malls to European designer stores.

Recreation facilities abound within the city itself with numerous golf courses within a short distance. Outside the city, the magnificent Grand Canyon, Lake Meade and Hoover Dam are all a short drive away and offer a host of activities from Hiking to canoeing, off road driving to jet skiing. The wide open spaces and natural wonders of the desert are just minutes away from your villa.

Within 30 to 40 minutes of our villas are the ski resorts of Mount Charleston, making the area a superb all year round destination.
