Welcome to our fabulous 2 storey 2500 square foot villa set in a position secluded from its neighbours in the Green valley area of America’s fun capital. The villa offers spacious, luxurious accommodation for up to 12 people minutes from the heart of the action.

The villa offers the following accommodation

The Living area offers comfortable seating, 32 inch television with cable service, DVD player and stereo system, the whole property is floored in a mix of carpet, hardwood and tile. Patio doors from the lounge area lead to the pool.

The fully equipped eat-in kitchen overlooks the pool area and offers all the conveniences you would expect in accommodation of this standard, there is a coffee maker, microwave, gas cooker, 25 cubic foot refrigerator, dishwasher, reverse osmosis drinking water system, double stainless steel sink with waste disposal and all cooking equipment and utensils.

The Villa has 5 bedrooms

On the ground floor the master bedroom is extremely spacious with a king sized bed, huge bathroom with his and her sinks separate shower with seat, separate toilet and two walk in wardrobes.

The second bedroom offers a queen sized bed

The third bedroom offers a double bed with a walk in wardrobe

The fourth bedroom is a twin bedded room

On the first floor there is the fifth bedroom offering a double bed with en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet

The villa is set in a gorgeous corner plot, secluded from its neighbours and offers a large lawn with exquisite landscaping including fruit trees.

Take a cooling swim in your private pool (heating available at extra cost if required) relax under the large (20’x 10) covered porch. Exercise you culinary skills on the gas barbeque and enjoy outdoor dining with the patio furniture provided.

There is ample parking available in the villa’s driveway or two car garage.
